EGARAGI acts as a platform facilitating vehicle auctions and sales, without being a party to actual transactions.

2. Definitions

• Seller: Lists vehicles for auction.
• Buyer: Places bids and purchases vehicles.
• Listing: A vehicle listed for auction.

3. User Registration & Account

• Users must be 21+ and submit valid documents.
• Users are responsible for account activity.

4. Seller Terms

• List vehicles with clear title and full info.
• Fees apply after 3 days of unsold listing.
• Sellers must complete transfer post-sale.

5. Buyer Terms

• Deposits required to bid.
• Payment and pickup must occur within 5 days.

6. Tax & Payments

• Invoices issued with VAT where applicable.
• Buyers must specify invoice type during payment.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Eligible for VIN mismatch, registration issues.
• Not eligible if payment or pickup is delayed.

8. Vehicle Abandonment

Same refund eligibility and exclusions apply as above.

9. Disputes & Liability

• Handled between buyer and seller.
• EGARAGI is not responsible for vehicle condition or title.

10. Platform Conduct

• False bidding or abuse leads to suspension/legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

EGARAGI provides services “as-is” without warranties.

12. Indemnification

Users indemnify EGARAGI against claims from misuse or omissions.

13. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

14. Dispute Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Sharjah, UAE.
